Annual capacity: 1,000 hl, 200 batches a year (4 batches a week), annual capacity may be changed by the number of fermenting tubs and lager tanks up to the capacity of 2,500 hl /year.

Description:

Malt press – double-cylinder - regulated, with protective elements and a removable cover. Manufactured from noble steel, supplied with appropriate support elements.

Brewhouse – a two-vessels brewhouse with one vessel is used as an extraction and mashing tank, hopped wort pan and Whirlpool (COPPER) and the other as a straining tub (LAUTER TUN). Heating by steam generator - gas or electrical, manual control or control via an LCD touch panel, including an aeration candle, a flat cooler, pumps, and accessories.

Hot water tank – an insulated stainless tank with a heater and a pump. The receptacle is intended as a reservoir for Hot water. Hot water is provided by steam heating or cooling the wort during recuperation.

Ice water tank – an insulated stainless tank with a cooler and a pump.

Fermenting tubs – open tanks with a tilting cover, a cooling double wall, a washing head, pump and a temperature sensor.

Lager tanks – horizontal or vertical lager tanks with a cooling double wall (2 zones), a sampling cock, inlet and outlet valves, a bunging apparatus, washing heads, temperature sensor, manhole, support frame, calibrated level indicator. Certified pressure vessel.

Steam generator – for ready beer tapping and bottling, with a cooling double wall, includes: sampling cock, inlet and outlet valves, washing heads, temperature sensor, manometer 0-4 bar, safety valve, solenoid valve for cooling control, Carbon dioxine saturation, manhole, adjustable socles, calibrated level indicator.
Certified pressure vessel

Cooling – a glycol cooling unit

Yeast regeneration tank – a vertical cylindrical zero pressure tank with a cooling double wall for ice water cooling.

Filtration station – an optional unit for filtered beer production with high microbial purity. We propose for our technologies a single-stage filtration unit with a diatomaceous earth filter or cross-flow filter. In the case of higher demand for microbial purity, the system may be extended with a second stage microfiltration.

Compressor – stable compressor unit, air cooled, with a safety valve, a manometer and an air accumulator.

Sanitation pump or CIP station – a device for the sanitation of the fermenting tubs, CCT tanks and lager tanks and pipeline or hose routes based on the principle of sanitation solution circulation. The CIP station in addition provides for the preparation and storage of the sanitation solutions. The CIP station may be controlled manually or automatically.

KEG barrel washer and filler – a semi-automatic washer of KEG barrels. The machine drains and de-pressurises the barrel, then rinses it, washes it with a washing solution, rinses again, dries, potentially steam disinfects and pressurises it with CO2. Everything is performed fully automatically without the need for any human intervention. The operator merely places and then removes the barrel.

All washing parameters may be set from the touch screen.

Bottling device – a semi-automatic pressurised beer bottling device for glass or PET bottles. The device runs automatically with just manual placing and removal of the bottle. Accuracy of dose is assured by a level filling valve. The filling process is controlled by a control unit and electro-pneumatic valves.
