Annual capacity: 780 hl, 204 batches per year (4 batches a week), annual capacity may be changed by the number of CKT tanks (or fermenting tubs and lager tanks) up to the capacity of 1,500 hl /year. 

 

Decription:

Brewhouse - A double tank with the volume of 375 l, one tank used as the hopped wort pan and the other as a hot water boiler, electrical heating with thermal oil, manual control or control via an LCD touch screen, including an aeration candle, a flat cooler and a cutting table.

CKT tanks - 750 l cylindro-conical tank with a cooling double wall (2 zones), including a sampling cock, feed and release valves, a bunging apparatus, washing heads, a temperature sensor PT100; the tanks are equipped with a hydrostat.

Fermenting tub - A stainless open tank with the volume of 750 l and a tilting cover, a cooling double wall and a washing head.

Lager tanks - 750 l horizontal or vertical lager tanks with a cooling double wall (2 zones), a sampling cock, feed and release valves, a bunging apparatus, washing heads, a PT100 temperature sensor; the tanks are equipped with a hydrostat.

Displacement (bottling, service) tank - with a cooing double wall,
including: a sampling cock, feed and release valves, washing heads, a PT100 temperature sensor for ready beer tapping and bottling.

Cooling - a glycol cooling unit, including an ice water tank and a glycol tank.

Compressor - without lubrication

A stable compressor unit, air cooled with a safety valve, a manometer and an air accumulator.
